Owl Oil Inc. maintains a comprehensive service department that is able to handle all of your heating, cooling and water heating needs. Our entire service department has or is receiving the rigorous training necessary to obtain National Certification from the Petroleum Marketers of America. All technicians are board certified and are registered with the State of Connecticut Department of Consumer protection and Labor department.
We can install and service your home heating equipment.
We'll work with you to develop an efficient, cost-effective home cooling system. Ensure that your existing system is not breaking your bank!
1. WE GUARANTEE TO BE FAIR - All service work is guaranteed to be charged at the same rate for new customers and long term customers alike.
2. WE GUARANTEE TO FIX IT RIGHT - One year, parts and labor on anything we install.
Parts Warranty: All parts as recorded are warranted as per manufacturer specifications.
Labor Guarantee: The labor charge as recorded here relative to the equipment service as noted, is guaranteed for a period of 30 days.
We do not, of course, guarantee other parts than those we install. If repairs later become necessary due to other defective parts, they will be charged separately.
3. WE GUARANTEE TO BE THERE - We maintain an around-the-clock capability to meet your heating and cooling needs. A night supervisor is on call the year round to meet your emergency needs.
